How the Annual Schedule Works
The annual facility schedule is finalized each year through consultation with the association's 23 member federations. This collaborative process ensures fair access to all managed sports facilities across Sakaiminato City.
April – June
Schedule finalized by the end of the previous December. Federations submit their requests well in advance so the spring and early-summer calendar is locked in before the new fiscal year begins.
July – March
Schedule finalized by the end of the previous February. This covers the second half of the fiscal year through early spring of the following year.
